Applied Energetics has a partnership with Kord and specifically the Firefly. AERG has continually discussed USPL on the Firefly platform as part of the layered defense aspect. Do you have any sense if their system was on the Firefly during August testing perhaps?
AERG has had a relationship with Kord for 2+ years and actually purchased a Firefly to have in Tucson. Kord apparently dragged their feet for over a year to help with integration, software assistance etc and apparently their software was not great which prompted the company to develop their own. But, the goal was to get the USPL on the Firefly despite the delays that AERG blamed wholly on KBR. I doubt that AERG management was able to get it done. They’re not terribly good at execution, developing partnerships, meeting deadlines etc.
It’s unfortunate. My high level understanding too is that a group of shareholders are fed up and going the legal complaint route, for better for worse. We will see. Anyway, thanks for your work.

Great insight, I had not seen that! I will look into it and come back to you ASAP
